Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

1. General Provisions

This agreement outlines the terms regarding the automatic renewal of the Unlimited Video Access VIP subscription. By opting into an auto-renewing subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your account at the end of each billing cycle.

2. Subscription Billing

Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the current price and duration (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

3. Renewal Deduction

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price unless you are otherwise notified of a price change.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time. To cancel the subscription on an iOS device:

• Go to "Settings" on your device.
• Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top of the screen.
• Tap "Subscriptions".
• Select the active subscription and tap "Cancel Subscription".

Please note that canceling a subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the VIP Service until the end of your currently paid billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for canceled subscriptions.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing for our subscriptions. If the price of your subscription increases, Apple will notify you, and you may be required to agree to the new price to continue your subscription.
